United Soccer Coaches has announced the 30 individuals selected from a pool of over 270 applicants as the 2023-24 class of the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program .
The 2023-24 class includes coaches from the youth , high school and college game . See a breakdown of this year ’ s class level below .

Launched in 2013 , the 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity designed to support up-and-coming members of the coaching profession who are 30 years of age or younger . The program gives participants exposure to mentorship , and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings , such as advanced diplomas and the United Soccer Coaches Convention .
